Rosa Pugliese—CEO and Founder of Rosa Publishing

Rosa Pugliese—CEO and Founder of Rosa Publishing. Since 1998, I have felt prompted by God to get involved in translation work, to help spread the Word, and be an instrument in making the great and wide diversity of English resources also available to the Spanish speaking people, here in the United States, and throughout Latin America and Spain.

I have accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior since I was young, and I have been serving the Lord along with my husband, Ritchie Pugliese, in the pastoral and teaching ministry for the past forty years. I have a very clear understanding of the redemptive work of Jesus Christ and His willingness to die on the cross in our place to make it possible for each of us to enter into a direct, restorative relationship with God the Father and the Holy Spirit.

I like to work very closely with my clients to make sure they get the type of translation they are looking for. My familiarity with American English and the local culture also has an impact on the authenticity of my translations. I am also able to translate cultural ideas validly in a way that is thoroughly understood and written with tact and beauty in a neutral Spanish universally understood. In addition to that, due to my strong background in Christian literature in both English and Spanish, I have a tight grasp on the right words to use in Spanish to maintain the intended spiritual meaning of the original text.

Since I’ve been in the translation business for more than 20 years, I had the privilege to translate books for some well-known authors, such as Gary Chapman, Gary Smalley, J. Oswald Sanders, Elisabeth Elliot, Ruth Graham, Philip Yancey, Bill Perkins, Dr. Alan Godwin, Tony Evans, Nancy Demoss Wogelmuth, and Elizabeth George, among others. See my portfolio.

We are so grateful for the immense contribution Rosa made to our Spanish Translation Project “Mi confianza.” We have commented over time on the beauty and richness of her translation. She was a significant member of our team! – Aslan Latin America Inc
